- Amendment 0004 for USCGC BLOCK ISLAND (WPB-1344) Drydock & Repairs. Amendment 0004 is posted to provide clarification regarding Work Item 63: Fabricate and Install New Canopy. A second source of supply for the aluminum piping material is provided and the prospective offerors are reminded that they need to fabricate, fit and install the new canopy using Conractor furnished material as cited at paragrah 3.2 on page 150 of the specifications. The offer due date of January 29, 2010 at 2:00 PM, EST remains unchanged.
