- This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. North American Industry Classification System code 541519. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to procure the following on a firm-fixed price basis for the following services: Oracle Hyperion SQR License, Maintenance and Support: ITEM 0001: Oracle Hyperion SQR Server – SQR License (Server Class 7) Perpetual (Qty 2) ITEM 0002: Oracle Hyperion SQR Server Test and Development – SQR License (Server Class 7) Perpetual (Qty 2) ITME 0003: Oracle Hyperion SQR Server Test and Development – SQR License (Server Class 7) Perpetual (Qty 1) ITEM 0004: Oracle Hyperion Portal – Brio Portal v7 up to 500 users Perpetual (Qty 1) ITEM 0005: Oracle Hyperion Portal – Brio Portal v7 – Named User Perpetual (Qty 500) ITEM 0006: Oracle Hyperion SQR iServer – Named Developer User Perpetual (Qty 5) Period of Performance: February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011. The following provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations; (Vendors must furnish Offeror Representations in writing.) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contracts Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov to receive this award. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 12 & 13. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed above at the lowest price on an All or None Basis.
