- The purpose of this synopsis is to include the two option years in support of the AN/ALQ-184(v) Electronic Attack (EA) Pod Operational Flight Program (OFP) and its support software that was inadvertently omitted from the original synopsis. This requirement was originally synopsized on 27 March 2009 under RFP FA8523-09-R-20254. The proposed contract action was for services for which the Government intended to procure with only one source, Raytheon Systems Company, Cage: 06129, under authority of FAR 6.302. There was no technical data available. This is not a new requirement. This is only a revision to the original synopsis to include the two option years that was inadvertently omitted from the original synopsis.
