- Description
- National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source award to General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The supplies required are available only from one responsible source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. The Contractor will provide six (6) Taclane Micro KG175-D Encryptors. This unit will include a five (5) year warranty. The encryptor must be approved by the National Security Agency (NSA) and be compliant with existing NGA infrastructure. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Submission of the capability stament, proposal or quote should be sent to Megan Hildebrand at Megan.Hildebrand@nga.mil to be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
