----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------- SYNOPSIS ----------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- TITLE: RECOVERY, EAST FORK OF BIG CREEK WATERSHED REHABILITATION GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Construction of Floodwater Retarding Structures at five (5) sites in Missouri, Harrison County (E-58, E-61, E-88, Z-8 and Z-14) * This Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) posting is a Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action. It is being released as a Pre-Solicitation notice so interested parties can plan accordingly. The Government shall release a written Solicitation as set forth by the contract milestones detailed below that will contain all relevant requirements documents such as: Project Plans, Construction and Material Specifications, Storm Water Prevention Pollution Plans, Drawings, Major Items of Work and the Bid Schedule. This Synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to a final acquisition approach. Interested parties are encouraged to return to this website periodically during the upcoming months because the Government will utilize this GPE posting to upload acquisition information related to this project as it becomes available. SPECIAL NOTE: This requirement is being sponsored by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
