- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS The Department of Veterans' Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa FL 33612, intends to solicit and negotiate a onetime sole source contract with Cummins Power South, LLC, 5910 East Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa FL for the procurement of emergency generator preventive maintenance, repairs and service of generators load bank requirements. The proposed contract award for services to only one source is authorized in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. All interested persons may respond to Candace Renn via e-mail at Candace.Renn@va.gov with their technical capability. All information received by February 3 by 11am EST will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS 335312 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. No solicitation document is available.
