- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEULE. The Department of Veterans Affairs National Energy Business Center is soliciting quotes from GSA Schedule Holders on Schedule 56 under Special Item Numbers (206-3, 412-50 and 412-51) and Schedule 03FAC under Special Item Numbers (003-97 and 871-209). The solicitation is for the following requirement: (1) Turn-Key Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System at the New Mexico Health Care System, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This requirement is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and is subject to the notification and reporting requirements therein. Requirements for the New Mexico Health Care System Turn-Key PV System are posted to GSA eBuy under GSA solicitation number RFQ434783.
