- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-10-T-0037: This solicitation will be advertised as unrestricted under the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Lawn Mowing Services). The small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced commercial performance based service contract to provide inspection and grounds maintenance services for areas covered by the Russellville Project Office. The proposed contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Orders for contracted services will be issued when services are required and funded at the contract unit rates. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of 01 April 2010 through 28 February 2011 and two annual option periods. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about February 11, 2010. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S-10-T-0037. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Armys Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities.
