Description

RECOVERY - ARRA PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE FBO Title: RECOVERY - Modification to Existing Contract EA133M-10-CN-0022 to increase the total value of the contract to cover Additional Growth Work aboard the NOAA Ship DELAWARE II during the Drydock and Repair availability. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING DRYDOCK AND REPAIR UNDER CONTRACT EA133M-10-CN-0022. The contract being modified is a firm fixed price contract for the Drydock and Repairs to NOAA Ship DELAWARE II. The modification is for Additional Growth Work Items needed during the Drydock and Repair availability. Above described modification is to be issued on or about on February 5, 2010.
