- RECOVERY - Modification to Existing purchase order EA133M-10-SE-0625 to increase the total value of the purchase order to add line item 0003 to include labor and material costs associated with the additional repairs to the SSDG top end engine overhaul during the SSDG top end engine overhaul availability period. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENT APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING SSDG TOP END ENGINE OVERHAUL UNDER PURCHASE ORDER EA133M-10-SE-0625. Modification 0001 is hereby made to Purchase Order EA133M-10-SU-0625. This is firm fixed price modification. As a result the total value of the purchase order is increased by $4,197.60 from $99,107.84 to $103,305.44.
