- The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Radian5 Technologies Inc. is the only available source for the web-based social media monitoring for a total of 10 users.. Radian6 offers extremely efficient search and aggregation capability and a complete array of statistical and analysis tools. No other vendor has been found to offer the same range and depth of product features.
