- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR COLUMBARIA AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT EAGLE POINT NATIONAL CEMETERY LOCATED IN JACKSON COUNTY IN EAGLE POINT, OREGON. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration, is soliciting bids under Solicitation Number VA-786A-10-IB-0014 for the following: Contractor shall provide all professional services, labor, materials, tools and equipment to build a 3,000 niche Columbarium to including preparing the site for building operations, demolition and removal of existing structures, underground utilities, site improvements, landscaping, and extension of the automatic irrigation system, complete, as required by the plans and specifications. COST MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. CONTRACT DURATION: The performance period is 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. NAICS: 237990SIZE STANDARD: $33.5 million METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SERVICE CONTRACT UNDER SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDVOSB) SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Award will be made on a competitive basis under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 14 to a responsible SDVOSB responding to this solicitation. OBTAINING SOLICITATION MATERIALS: Solicitation material consisting of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) details and specifications and drawings may be accessed ONLY via FedBizzOpps at www.fbo.gov. The solicitation and statement of work will be released for issue on or about February 1, 2010. The Pre-bid Conference will be held on February 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time in the Administration Building at the Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Road, Eagle Point, OR 97524. SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS: Amendments to the solicitation will be up loaded to FedBizOpps. Offerors are reminded that they are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the time for receipts of offers.
