- The Consolidated Schedule solicitation number FCO-00-CORP-0000C, Refresh #11 is issued to update the scopes of participating schedules; add, update and delete Special Item Numbers; add, update and delete clauses and restructure the solicitation format. Note: Refresh numbers 6-10 were reserved for administrative systems updates. Offers received on or after the issue date of this refresh will require Refresh 11 dated January 28, 2010 due to substantial changes. Refresh #5 is obsolete; however, pending offers received by GSA prior to January 28, 2010 will continue to be evaluated. The Consolidated Schedule program is an acquisition vehicle that streamlines the acquisition process. Offers may be submitted for evaluation to obtain a single contract for multiple schedule business lines that fall within the scope of participating schedules. Existing schedule contractors may migrate to obtain a single contract as an alternative to holding multiple (2 or more) schedule contracts. Offers and migration requests will only be evaluated under this schedule program when the offer/migration proposes 2 or more schedule business lines. See Part I Goods & Services of the solicitation for detailed information on participating schedules. This is a standing solicitation and is open continuously with no closing date. Proposal Instructions are outlined in Clause SCP-FSS-002 of the solicitation document for new offers. Existing Multiple Award Schedule contractors should review the Migration Request document for participation instructions.
