- Amendment 0003 to W912P8-10-B-0020 The work consists of clearing and grubbing; structural excavation; construction of T-wall and sheetpile walls; construction of a drainage structure; scour protection; access roads and ramps; geotextile and surfacing; seeding and mulching; and other incidental work. NAICS: 237990. Work is estimated to cost between $10,000,000.00 and $15,000,000.00. IFB will be issued on or about November 17, 2009, with bid opening date on or about December 17, 2009. Actual issue date will be shown when the solicitation is issued. This will be an UNRESTRICTED procurement. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers FY 09 subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractors total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 70.0%; Small Disadvantaged Business 6.2%; Woman Owned Small Business 7.0%; HUBZONE Small Business 9.8%; Veteran-Owned Small Business 3.0%; and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 0.9%.
