- This Notice is provided for Informational Purposes only. This acquisition was funded and awarded under the provisions of the American Revovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This contract was awarded pursuant to and under the provisions of the U.S. Small Business Administration, Section 8(a). This is a negotiated, firm, fixed-price contract to provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment required to compact the existing sub-base and place a total of approximately 194 tons of hot asphalt pavement at the Wenatchee Forestry Sciences Laboratory, Wenatchee, Washington.
