- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442793000715; Endoscope Test Systems. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38, effective 10 December 2009, DCN 20091229, and AFAC 2009-1030. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112. The business size standard is 500. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3841. This request for quotation consists of the following: CLIN 0001: Endoscope system light measurement device (2 ea) - to measure light output in lumens, from the light source, fiber optic light cables, and endoscope used to test these components individually or as system capable of producing accurate and repeatable results specifically designed to test endoscope systems with: Compact design with 4 digit display, Accuracy: +/- 10%, Utilizes precision silicon photodiode sensor assembly with 5 foot cable to reach all areas of endoscopy rack, Simple one button operation measures 0-5,000 lumens, Calibrated to NIST traceable standards, Battery powered with auto power off and low battery indicator, Must be able to measures light output of both rigid scopes and major model flexible endoscopes, Needs to work with all major manufacturers and on both rigid and flexible endoscopes, Weight (meter/integrating sphere): 13.0 oz (370g) CLIN 0002: Light sources- compatible with endoscope system light measurement device (2 ea) Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
