- Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W81YYC0019F100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Reuters World News Service. //CLIN 0001: This requirement is for Reuters World News Service, Intelligence Network for the following Countries; Germany, UK, Bosnia-Herzegovina for a one year period, 15 February 2010 - 14 February 2011 or equal. This service will be used by both Stuttgart, Germany and RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom with 1,000 Users between the two locations. To include leasing fee for 90cm Dish IDC SRA 2100 Satellite Receiver and News Suite Server PC //CLIN 0002: Satellite Delivery Service Charge // Any Offerors of any equal must be clearly identified by brand name, make and model number.
