- RECOVERY ACT ACTION In accordance with FAR Part 5.7 Publicizing Requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) this is a notification of intent to award a competitively awarded fixed priced delivery order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding. The contract is for Information Technology Services, including telecommunications services and was previously competed and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 12 under Commercial Items and will be award under Simplified Acquisitions. Modification 1 is hereby issued to add the word RECOVERY to the title description. ALL OTHER INFORMATION REMAINS UNCHANGED.
