- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order to GaGe Dynamic Signals for the acquisition of a Compugen 8150 PCI Card. This requirement is not suitable for Full and Open competition for the following reasons: This company is the original manufacturer of the PCI card with resulting software written to the proprietary card. The award date will be approximately 11 Feb 2010. The NAICS Code is 334112. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Bldg. 100, 110 Vernon Ave., Panama City Beach, Florida 32407-7018.
