- Synopsis: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for Information Technology (IT) engineering services for the Office of Computer Information Office (OCIO) to support the ICE mission. ICE personnel are located over 600 sites in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). These engineering services support the mission of the Office of Investigations (OI) Federal Protective Services (FPS), Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), Detention and Removal (DR), Office of Intelligence (Intel) Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) and administrative support programs and other special projects. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541512 - up to $25M per year. The projected date for the issuance of the solicitation is on or about May 28, 2010. The Solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) site only. ICE intends to procure on an unrestricted basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15. The government anticipates awarding a single-award indefinite delivery - indefinite quantity (IDIQ) to the offering party providing the best value to the Government. The performance period of any resultant contract(s) will be a three (3) base year and seven (7) one year options. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2010. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The services will support the Engineering Division's across its branches: Network Engineering Design Branch, Systems Engineering Branch and Network Implementation Branch.
