Description: This project consists of analyzing an estimated 100/each, surface lake water samples for 9 different analytes, per year. All samples must be analyzed in accordance with approved Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) methods/requirements. The Government anticipates a performance based, best value award (price and other factors considered) for the base year and 4 optional years.
