- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, is soliciting proposals for Janitorial Services of one facility in McGrath, Alaska. A solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract including one Base Year and four Option Years. The contractor shall perform janitorial services on one facility: The main Headquarters building which has Upstairs Office Area - Approximately 2000 square feet which is carpeted. This includes one (1) staircase, five (5) offices, one (1) meeting area, one (1) restroom (tile), one (1) kitchenette, one (1) GIS area. and the Downstairs Office Area - Approximately 4000 square feet of which 2000 square feet is carpet and 2000 is painted wood. This includes an entry way, the reception area, two (2) restrooms (tile), three (3) offices, one (1) library and two (2) hallways. Duties shall include by are not limited to: cleaning carpet and tile, waste removal, vacuuming, dust mop, wet mop, glass cleaning, refilling empty items, and bathroom cleaning. The solicitation issue date will be approximately January 25, 2010. The solicitation number is 70181AR019. The estimated closing date will be February 10, 2010 at 2:00pm, Alaska Time.
