- RECOVER - This Notice if For Information Purposes Only. This is not a request for proposals and the opportunity is only available to the Region 7 1999 for Zone Five Construction Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contractors. This project is listed as a Design-Build effort, the purpose of which is to provide both design and construction services for the replacement of the Air Handling Units at the U.S. Austin Courthouse in Austin, TX (Building TX0012ZZ). The purpose of this project is to demolish four existing air handlers, two at each end of the fourth floor. Install two new air handlers "designed" to take the place of the demolished air handlers. Design will incorporate the increase of the amount of the conditioned fresh air into the building.
