- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis is for a firm-fixed price contract for 6 months of billboard advertising at specific locations with 3 options to exercise(subject to the availability of funds) at 6 months each. Offers must include production/installation cost as well as rental costs. All items need to be in place NLT 01 March 2010. Award will be made on best value with technical approach (location/design) being equal to price. Proposals will be submitted at the Contracting Officers address via email. The solicitation will be posted electronically and may be viewed at: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/ and http://www.fedbizopps.gov The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. All potential offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ All firms must identify the status of their firm as a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, emerging small business, 8(a) business, woman owned business, or veteran owned business.
