- PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR HANGAR DOORS SERVICES NONPERSONAL to supply all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the following: Preventive maintenance for hangar doors will include the following: Adjust & PM drive units, Clean control cabinet contactors, Adjust personnel door limits, Adjust cable systems, Adjust open & close limits, Lubricate bottom wheels & top guide rollers,Sweep out bottom tracks, Test all Safety functions, Provide a written report on the doors condition, Cut access holes for bottom wheel zerks & cable adjustment turnbuckles, Install cover panels on all access holes.
