This is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition. DSCR does not have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Alternate offerors must submit to the buyer a complete technical data package for the alternate/exact product as well as the complete technical data package for the approved product to be considered for evaluation for future procurements.
