- Description
- The Ann Arbor VA Healthcare Center, 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105 intends to issue a solicitation requesting quotes to provide all the necessary parts, labor, equipment, supervision and transportation for the preventive maintenance and repairs of AGFA Healthcare Dictation (Talkserver HP & Talkstation HP) System. The Contract period will be seven months (March 01, 2010 to September 01, 2010) with four (4) one year pre-priced option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract duration will not exceed 5 years. A complete Statement of Work will be included in the solicitation document that will be available on Fedbizopps on or about February 01, 2010. No hard copy solicitation will be provided. Solicitation documents may be downloaded electronically at www.fedbizopps.gov. Solicitation responses will be due on or about February 16, 2010. It is the intent of the VA to solicit offers and award one contract on a competitive basis. This procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 in conjunction with the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. The small business size standard for this NAICS codes is $7.0 million dollars in average annual receipts.
