- Human Resource Line of Business Shared Service Center Support THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. AS OF THE DATE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE. This Request for Information/Sources Sought (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This Request for Information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this request for information nor will the Government compensate the respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information for the Government. Any requests for copies of solicitations will not be addressed since this is a Request for Information. It is requested that information in response to thie RFI be submitted NO LATER THAN February 25, 2010 to Ms. Carol James, USDA National Finance Center, 13800 Old Gentilly Road, Contract Support Team - 1st Floor - P42, New Orleans, LA 70129 or by email at carol.james@nfc.usda.gov. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP. Any comments provided may or may not be in a formal solicitation. The Government will not release any information marked with a propriety legend received in response to this RFI to any firms, agencies or individuals outside the Government without written permission in accordance with the legend. Pursuant to FAR 15.201(e) the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), National Finance Center (NFC) seeks input on establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with one or more vendors to provide Human Resource (HR) services and NFC System Migration Support services to Federal Government entities.
