- Drawings RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CURRENT CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: DIAZ ENTERPRISES, INC, FA8601-09-D-0014, ON-CALL PAVING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE. RECOVERY-PROJECT NUMBER ZHTV091970R, Repair Drainage between Loop & Ninth Street in Area B. This project seeks to remove pavement to a depth of 12 inches from the road to the drainage ditch adjacent to Loop and Ninth Street. Once the removal is complete the area will be filled with fill materialto a depth of 8 inches. After both those portions of the project are finished the area will be covered with 4 inches of topsoil, fertalizer, seed and mulch. Thus completely replacing the 12 inches that was removed at the beginning of the project. Estimated Quantities for this project are 7,000 CY of pavement removal; 4,200 CY of select fill; 21,620 SY of topsoil, fertilizer, seed and mulch. This project will allow for better drainage of excess water along Loop Road and Ninth Street in Area B.
