- Description
- The 366th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an anticipated single award, Roofing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The requirements for the Roofing IDIQ includes furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision to repair/replace roofs at Mountain Home AFB Idaho and 15 remote sites. Work consists of, but is not limited to, removing and replacing waterproof membranes, flashing, insulation, inspecting roof decking and verifying proper drainage. Some minor electrical and mechanical work may be involved in order to remove and replace or relocate roof mounted equipment as needed in order to accomplish roof work. The performance period for this project is a basic year and four option years. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238160 - Roofing Contractors. If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. 2. Bonding limits of your firm. 3. Point of contact including phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 4. Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm (8(a), small business, service disabled veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUBZone business, or small disadvantaged business). 5. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. **This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only.
