- This solicitation is for the Procurement of SCADA Equipment for the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Utilizing Recovery Act Funding. The Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway (TTW) consists of 10 locks and dams, and 11 Hydromet sites extending 200 miles from Gainesville, Alabama to Dennis, Mississippi. Each lock and dam currently has a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA). The 11 stream gage sites composing the Hydromet system are scattered along the TTW from end-to-end. This specification is intended to upgrade existing SCADA and Hyrdomet systems on the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway (TTW) to state-of-the-art hardware utilizing state-of-the-art software development tools that achieve improved operational performance and superior component and system connectivity.
