- SOW for SERC The USIBWC intends to issue a sole-source contract to Malcolm Pirnie under the authoritity of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Rsponsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satify Agency Requirements. The scope of work for services required is attached. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement proposal, which shall be considered by this agency by no later then February 9, 2010. Proposal shall be sumitted to the USIBWC, Acquisition Office, 4171 N Mesa,Suite C-100, El Paso, TX 79902.
