- WAGE DETERMINATION OH29 SPECIFICATIONS PROJ 080002A PROJECT 080002A DRAWINGS SOLICITATION FA8601-10-R-0011 UPDATED: 25 JANUARY 2010 THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN RELEASED AND ALL DOCUMENTS UPLOADED. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2 and 36.213-2. This is an UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION for Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the Size Standard is $14M. This is an ARRA funded project. RECOVERY-PROJECT NUMBER 080002A, Renovate for EOD Sprinklers SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA8601-10-R-0011 Provide a wet pipe sprinkler system for Facility 30163, including a new underground fire main (approx. 70 ft.) to the building with a post indicator valve. Provide all excavation, backfill, asphalt, seeding, and testing of the system. The design and installation of the sprinkler system must be in accordance with the minimum requirements of NFPA 13, latest edition, except that the design density, design area, hose stream allowance and duration of supply requirements must be in accordance with Table 4-1 of the UFC 3-600-01. All advisory portions of the standard shall be considered mandatory. Work shall be performed in two distinct phases: 1) install main piping and drops, and 2) at a later time, install sprinkler heads. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-704"Required Central Contractor Registration," Contractor must be registered in CCR prior to award. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov. NOTES: 1. The solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be available on the World Wide Web on or about 27 JAN 2010 at: http://www.fbo.gov. The tentative date for receipt of proposals is 27 Feb 2010. The period of performance is 42 days. 2. There is no fee for this solicitation. 3. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register, you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addenda that may be issued to the solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes to the solicitation. 4. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. There will not be a public opening. Sealed envelopes containing proposals shall be marked to show the offeror's name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time proposals are due. 5. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors. 6. This is a WPAFB Construction Contracting (PKJ) program. The current status is Pre-Solicitation and it is a Category Z - Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property program.
