- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a task order under a CDC Blanket Purchase Agreement for CDC Cyber Security Services. The objective of the effort under this task order is to attain support in the operation of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC). The areas of support are Security Operations Center/Situation Desk staffing; Security Systems Enterprise Architecture, Analysis & Engineering; and Security Opertions Systems Management and Development. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Level of Effort task order under the already established CDC Blanket Purchase Agreement for the DHHS Information Security Operations Support. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the ARRA Program.
