- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against NASA's Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement IV contract vehicle (SEWP). The objective of the effort under this task order is to attain support for enhancement of the Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) capabilities in network forensics and analytics. DHHS Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC) intends to seek contractor support for provision of a technology that can give CSIRC an enterprise view of the emerging threats, deep visibility and situational awareness. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This action will result in a competitively awarded Firm Fixed Price delivery order. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. A Request will be issued to a selected vendor group in accordance with the ordering procedures under the SEWP contract vehicle. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Program.
