- The WAARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to NAVAL STATION EVERETT MWR AND BILLETING for LODGING during the months of FEB AND MAR 2010. NAVAL STATION EVERETT is the only lodging facility located at NAVAL STATION EVERETT, EVERETT WA that can provide govt rooms during the 2010 Olympics.
