THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W91151-10-C-0039 Replace Chiller in Builings 16603/04/05 RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO Bison Constructors of Stanley, NM as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 9.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. This project is for the construction contract to Replace Chiller in Buildings 16003/04/05, at Fort Hood, Texas. The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00, under NAICS 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract.
