- RECOVERY. GSA PUBLIC BUILDING SERVICES OFFERS THIS NOTICE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors recently awarded a fully-competitive, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Construction contract for GSA, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1, Boston Service Center. This requirement will be competed and awarded subject to fair opportunity requirements under these contracts. All awardees under the multiple award contracts are small businesses. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. This procurement is a task order for energy conservation measures at the John J. Moakley Federal Courthouse in Boston, MA. Work includes installation of carbon dioxide sensors in each courtroom, low flow water fixtures, enthalpy control sensors, lighting occupancy/motion sensors, and replacement lighting fixtures in the garage. This task order will be awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to Carey.Bergeron@gsa.gov.
