- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) Land Detachment will be soliciting a request for proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of various Federal Stock Class (5340). These items are sole sourced to Robertson Aviation with various part numbers. Solicitation SPM5L4-10-R-0002 is being issued to support this initiative for depot stock replenishment. This initiative will be issued in accordance of FAR Part 12. Radio Frequency Identification is required. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 20 core NSNs. The delivery requirement will be 140 days. The first NSN is 5340-01-42-9362. The annual estimated quantity for the first NSN is 19. There are 19 other NSNs with various quantities. Subject solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement with the resultant being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year and four (4) additional one-year options. In determining contract awards, the Contracting Officer will make a comparative assessment of the offerors performance risk by using the Automated Best Value System. Solicitation SPM5L4-10-R-0002 is expected to be issued approximately 21 January 2010 at https://www.dibs.bsm.dla.mil. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
