- NAICS Code: 61143 CORRECTION TO THE WEBSITE: http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/adm_placement/sapcpd/00085/tanya.htm Prospective offerors are invited to submit a fixed priced quote to provide the Emissions and Safety Performance Standards for the fuel efficiency as detailed in the attached Statement of Work titled, "Development of Fuel Efficiency, Emissions and Safety Performance Standards for the Partnership for Clean Indoor Air". The period of performance is from award through February 28, 2011. The RFQ package includes the following documents: Statement of Work (SOW), and Evaluation Criteria. Please review the documents carefully. Prospective offerors should submit a fixed price quote in response to the RFQ. Award will be made on best basis. All technical evaluation factors, when combined are greater importance than cost/price. Submit any questions or comments by e-mail no later than January 28, 2010 at 10:00 am ET to: brice.tanya@epa.gov.
