- Please return completed RFQ package by e-mail, fax, or mail no later than 2:00 pm CST 1/26/2010. GSA, FAS intends to establish a "not to exceed" twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number (NSN) 8030-01-024-6995. The SPQ period will be 1/27/2010 (or date of award) to 1/26/2011 (or one year from the start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
