- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office - SCRO, Grand Prairie, Texas, plans to issue solicitation IFBP05131000002 for the construction of, to include but not limited to, provide and install 2500 KW/3150KVA 480 volt, 4 wire, 60 hz diesel standby generator with 4000 amp and automatic transfer switch with associated wiring. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work located at the Federal Transfer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The solicitation will available on or about February 9, 2010 with an anticipated bid opening date of approximately March 9, 2010. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website http//www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments will also be distributed soley through this site. Faith Based and Community Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
