- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number N4446610RC100FS is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred Percent Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS 335122. The Trident Refit Facility at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA requires the following item: Emergency Lighting. Must have a battery back-up, 2-17 Watt Lamps (total of 35 Amp Draw), 10 ft, 14/3 Cable wired with Male plug (input NEMA 5-15), 6 Ft Output Cord with Female Connector (NEMA 5-15), Must contain a non-metallic test switch and test lamp. Connectors are Ericson MFg 1510 for male and 1610 for female which are Perma-tight weather resistant or Equal to.
