Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Service Source under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2 to provide food services: 2/17/10 and 2/19/10; 3/15-3/19/10; 4/21/10; 4/27-5/6/10; and 5/26/10. A sole source justification has been justified, certified and approved for Service Source. Telephone request will not be honored. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order. All responses shall be submitted electronically to alyse.n.white@usdoj.gov. Closing date and time are January 25, 2010 at 12 noon EST.
