- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9127N09C0033P00002 Portland District Corps of Engineers issued modification number P00002 using recovery act funding to Contract number W9127N-09-C-0033, awarded to Todd Construction, Inc., out of Tigard Oregon, DUNS Number 16151191. This modification is to add additional demolition and concrete work for the Bonneville Lock and Dam First Power House JBS Removal. Contractor is to remove and dispose of the Orifice Control Panel and circuit breaker panel labeled FTS and conduit, the STS controllers and disconnects located at the south end of the gallery in PH1, and all wires back to their source. Fill south side of Pier 11 and will with 2000 psi concrete; the Orifice valve actuator cylinder attachment point blockouts with grout and finish to be flush with the up stream face of the wall. The award amount for this modification using recovery act funding is $59,410.00
