- REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NO.153810; National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) Electron Linear Accelerator (linac) Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), under Contract DE-AC02-98CH10886 for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), herewith solicits a proposal for a 200 Mega Electron Volt (MeV) Electron Linear Accelerator (Linac) in support of the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) project. The Linac shall be designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned with the capability of operating continuously and reliably at an energy of 200 MeV. All operational requirements are defined in the attached documents.
