- RECOVERY--PROJECT NUMBER 81539, ROSEAU FLOOD RISK MANAGEMENT, REACH 2A, THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE PARTIALLY FUNDED WITH RECOVERY ACT FUNDS. Roseau Flood Risk Management, Reach 2A, Roseau, Minnesota. The work consists of but is not limited to construction of approximately 6,400 linear feet of earth levees, 4,800 linear feet of diversion channel, and an outlet structure into Hay Creek. The estimated price range for this project is between $1 million and $5 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $33.5 million. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and will be issued as a 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns.
