- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: GSA eBuy GSA's e-Buy system is an electronic Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) system designed to allow Federal buyers to request information, find sources, and prepare RFQs/RFPs, online, for millions of services and products offered through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and GSA Technology Contracts. This contract will be solicited utilizing unrestricted procedures. This is not a solicitation. The full solicitation package inclusive of specifications will be available only by accessing GSA's e-Buy system under RFQ 433575. PROJECT INFORMATION: The contemplated delivery order will be firm fixed-price against an existing GSA schedule contract. Award is contingent upon the recipients meeting the requirements of Section 1512 of the Recovery Act. Supplies will consist of purchase of 1 Compact Track Loader 6,000 to 7,000 Pounds.
