Description
IQC10021009023. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1615-01-170-5243, Trunnion, Damper, Main Rotor, IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (CAGE 8V613) drawing 7-311411187 Rev F dated 01JAN1939, and parts list Rev C dated 25JUL2006, p/n 7-311411187. Approved sources are RBC Transport Dynamics (CAGE 09455), p/n 178258; Kamatics Corp (CAGE 50632), p/n KJB180814H; Dover Engineered Systems (CAGE 97613), p/n KMS1105. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is not a Critical Safety Item as of January 21, 2010. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 1183 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Destination Inspection is required. This item is Configuration Control and a Source Control item. Requested delivery for production units is 192 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is February 5, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about March 8, 2010.
