Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with King Nutronics, Inc. of Woodland Hills, CA 91367 for a Foreign Military Sale acquisition of one (1) Auto Pressure Calibrator, P/N 3666-10K-3, one (1) Precision Pressure Standard, P/N 3689-A, and one (1) Vacuum Pump Assembly, P/N 3666-154-1. The Precision Pressure Standard and the Vacuum Pump Assembly are identified as the Calibration Standards in support of the Republic of Korea Navy P-3 Turbo-Prop Engine Test System. They are also identified in 69 ICP’s/4 Phase Packages and 13 ICP’s/ 2 Phase Packages respectively. The ICP’s/Phase Packages were developed and written specifically for King Nutronics equipment. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
